NFL Player Prop Trend: Brock Purdy Over 199.5 Pass Yards

NFL Player Prop Trends

This one’s an absolute no-brainer for anyone following his season. Purdy has been on fire, hitting the over on his passing yards (199.5) 100% of the time this season with an average of 274.8 yards per game. Extending back to last season, he’s maintained this streak over his last 18 games—he’s hit the over in 100% of those games.  Plus, he seems to have a special knack against the Seahawks, averaging 281.5 yards over his last four games against them and never missing the over. Even with his pass attempts set at 31.5, Purdy has hit the over every time he’s thrown just 28 passes in a game—that’s his career average! So even if the 49ers play conservatively, his efficiency makes hitting the over a breeze.

NFL Player Prop Trend: Tyler Lockett Over 24.5 Receiving Yards

NFL Player Prop Trends

Lockett’s upward trend is undeniable: he put up 46 receiving yards against the Dolphins, followed by 61 yards against the Lions, and just last week, he torched the Giants for 75 yards! With an impressive 85% hit rate, averaging 55 receiving yards over his last 20 games, and against the 49ers, his hit rate jumps to 86% with an average of 60.7 yards. At home, he’s practically a lock with a perfect 100% hit rate this season, including against the 49ers. San Francisco’s defense may have a solid reputation, but they’re giving up 144 receiving yards per game to wide receivers, and if you exclude that fluke game against the Patriots where they only allowed 57 yards, the average jumps to a whopping 165 yards. Lockett is definitely primed to feast. His receptions prop for the week is set at 4.5, and at just 3 receptions, Lockett has an insane 97% hit rate over his last 30 games, missing the mark only once. In short, Lockett has been red-hot, and all the stars are aligning for another big game this week. If you’re looking to make a smart, data-driven bet, Lockett is your guy.

NFL Player Prop Trend: Jordan Mason Over 49.5 Rush Yards

NFL Player Prop Trends

Jordan Mason is on fire, and if you’re not already on board, now’s the time! Since Christian McCaffrey’s absence, Mason has been tearing up the field, averaging a whopping 107 rushing yards per game and hitting the over in five straight games. This week, he’s facing a Seahawks defense that’s allowing 110 rushing yards per game, making the 50-yard line for his rushing yards more than achievable. With Mason averaging 21 rush attempts per game and the Seahawks allowing 23.6 attempts per game, it’s the perfect storm for Mason to exploit. It’s hard to see how he doesn’t crush that Seattle defense, so if you’re thinking about placing a bet, this one looks like a lock.

FYI: I combined all three on Hard Rock @ -120 Odds. Best of luck tonight!
